How can I finance my participation?

To participate in the plan and finance your acquisition, you can make a voluntary payment by direct debit from your bank account by providing your bank details on June 2026 and signing a SEPA direct debit mandate online.

What amount can I invest?

You can choose how much you want to invest in the Shareplan within the following limits:

Minimum: €15

Maximum: your personal payment is capped at 25% of your estimated 2026 gross annual pay (fixed and variable)1.

Special cases

– If your employment contract is suspended, in order not to exceed the 25% ceiling, you must refer to your last remuneration received in 2025 within the Group or, if you did not receive any remuneration in 2025, the amount of your personal contribution is limited to €12,015.
– If you are a manager or executive corporate officer, the ceiling of 25% is assessed with regard to the remuneration received for the functions exercised in 2025.

What are the risks ?

Your investment carries with it a risk of capital loss.

You will participate in the offer through the “Relais RG Shareplan International 2026″ FCPE, which will merge with the “Share Original” sub-fund of the “Renault International” FCPE following a decision by the fund’s Supervisory Board and subject to AMF approval. You will then hold units in the “Renault International” FCPE and so become an indirect Renault SA shareholder.

The “Renault International” FCPE is intended to be invested exclusively in Renault SA shares listed on Euronext Paris, and is not covered by any guarantee.

The value of the FCPE’s unit will follow the Renault SA share price upwards or downwards: if the share price falls, the value of the unit will fall accordingly. As a result, you are exposed to a risk of capital loss.

Nevertheless, the proposed contribution as well as the discount off the reference share price limit the impact of a fall in the share price, should this occur (see Example investment).

As all of the FCPE portfolio’s risks relate to the securities of a single company, we recommend that you assess whether you need to diversify the risks regarding all your savings.

What happens if the offer is oversubscribed?

If the number of subscription applications exceeds the maximum number of shares on offer and, if applicable, the euro cap that could be set, the applications will be capped.

Subscription application capping rule:

  • Participation in the Offer will be reduced according to the average rule. An average investment amount will be calculated based on the total number of participants in the operation. All subscriptions for an amount lower than this average will be fulfilled in full. Subscriptions exceeding this average amount will be reduced proportionally based on the remaining amount available for distribution.

The preferential terms described in this brochure are only offered in the 2026 shareplan offer.

The “Relais RG Shareplan International 2026” FCPE will merge with the “Share Original” sub-fund of the “Renault International” FCPE following a decision by the fund’s Supervisory Board and subject to French Financial Market Authority (AMF) approval.
