As a Renault Group employee, you have the chance to participate in our new employee shareplan, “Renault Group Shareplan 2026” from May 11th to May 29th, 2026 inclusive. This shareplan enables you to acquire Renault SA shares indirectly through the “Relais RG Shareplan International 2026” corporate mutual fund (FCPE) (merged following the transaction into the “Share Original” compartment of the FCPE “Renault International”, following a decision by the fund’s Supervisory Board and subject to the approval of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers), on preferential terms.

Through the “Relais RG Shareplan France 2026” FCPE, you can:

  • Acquire Renault SA shares at a 30% discount on the reference price.

  • Benefit from a matching contribution of a maximum gross amount equivalent to 2 free shares, offered upon the acquisition of one share.

Renault Group pays all direct management costs relating to your “Relais RG Shareplan International 2026” FCPE units

as long as you remain an employee of the Group.

Your assets are locked in until 30th of June 2031

unless they are released early.

Any dividends are automatically reinvested

in the “Share Original” compartment of the FCPE “Renault International”.

Your investment will follow the Renault SA share price both upwards and downwards.

As a result, your investment is exposed to the risk of capital loss if the Renault SA share value falls.

Announcement of the acquisition price

From the 11th to the 29th of May 2026 inclusive

Period of participation in the “Renault Group Shareplan 2026” offer for the indirect acquisition of Renault SA shares via the FCPE.

22nd of July 2026

Delivery in the FCPE Relais of Renault shares corresponding to the personal contribution of the employee and the matching contribution.

July 2026

Merger of the “Relais RG Shareplan International 2026” fund within the “Share Original” compartment of the “Renault International” FCPE.
